Middle Leaders
Certified Coaching
Programme




Develop and grow,
with the support of other
middle leaders, who share similar challenges.

Over six online group sessions, you’ll sharpen your leadership and coaching skills through expert-led workshops and peer coaching. You'll gain practical tools, share good practice, and support each other to reflect on and navigate your priorities and challenges.

Duration: 6 - 10 months (flexible)

Six X 1.5 hour online group sessions 

3:30pm - 5:00pm slots available to reduce cover costs  

Choose either same-school or cross-MAT groups

Certified by The Association for Coaching, leaders will receive 12 hours of logged CPD towards formal accreditation, and will:
