Empower Hour coaching offers rapid support for leaders.Â
During an initial âpower hourâ coaching session of 75 minutes leaders can share and receive support for whatever they are struggling with.
Following this, if more coaching is desired, they may then agree a package of bespoke coaching support, as required, moving forwards. If just one session is enough, there is no obligation to book a package.
